Adventure-Ready Features of the 2023 Honda CR-V

December 6th, 2022 by

Where will the road take you in 2023? Whether you’re planning to explore Illinois or drive all the way to the other side of the country, your current vehicle may not be up for the challenge. Here, we explore some of the reasons why the 2023 Honda CR-V could be the perfect upgrade.

Impressive Power

The 2023 Honda CR-V comes with a turbocharged 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine that offers 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque, so it should have little trouble with steep terrain. A continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) is standard. Front-wheel drive is standard, too, but all-wheel drive is also available, and when properly equipped, the Honda CR-V can tow up to 1,500 pounds.

Lots of Space for People and Cargo

The Honda CR-V may be a compact SUV, but it has a big interior. Both rows are roomy and five people fit comfortably inside.

It also has a lot of cargo space: 39.3 cubic feet behind the back row and 76.5 cubic feet when it’s down. That latter number tops every other vehicle in the class. A manual liftgate is standard, and a power liftgate is available as well.

Many Ways to Stay Entertained

Because you may be on the road for long stretches, it’s nice to know that your car will keep you entertained, and the 2023 Honda CR-V will certainly do that. It comes with:

  • Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration
  • Amazon Alexa®
  • 2 USB ports
  • Seven-inch touchscreen
  • Wi-Fi hotspot
  • Six-speaker audio system
  • Bluetooth®
  • Push-button start
  • Remote keyless entry

You can also add satellite and HD radio, wireless device charging, and two extra USB ports.
