Love my new vehicle! LaDarius Taylor was my salesman, and he was wonderful. I appreciated that he was listening to what I wanted and kept me informed of the status of the shipment of my CR-V. However, I hope that your dealership will learn that when there is a couple involved in the purchase, you should first ask who should be listed as the primary owner before inputting the details on the contract. In my case an assumption was made and he initially listed me as co-owner for my vehicle. When I brought this to his attention, he changed the paperwork. I wasn't happy about that situation.

LaDarius Taylor was an excellent salesman for my 2027 Honda Hybrid CR-V. He was very kind, listened well to what I was looking for, and was great in keeping me informed about the availability of my vehicle, which was not easy to find in the color and trim that I wanted. I was very impressed with his service and his quick response via text whenever I had a question. He even sent me a photo of my vehicle being delivered on the truck to the dealership!

Buying my first car from Serra Honda was an amazing experience, and I can’t recommend them enough—especially Wesley Silver. My boyfriend and I drove an hour to Champaign on a Wednesday while shopping around for a 2026 Honda Civic. We had stopped at another dealership first and saw online that Serra was open until 7 PM, so we figured we’d spend about an hour looking at the car we were interested in. Unfortunately, Google had the wrong hours and the dealership had actually closed at 6 PM. Even though they were already closed, Wesley came outside to introduce himself and took the time to show us the Civic anyway. That small gesture spoke volumes about his customer service. We really liked the car, but since the exact same model was available in our hometown, it ultimately came down to price. The next day, our local dealership gave us a better offer, so we planned to buy there. I let Wesley know, and instead of using high-pressure sales tactics, he simply worked to earn our business and came back with an even better price. The decision was difficult because buying locally would have been much more convenient. However, our local dealership became very pushy and aggressive over the phone when I mentioned I was exploring other options, which completely turned us away. That experience made us appreciate Wesley and Serra Honda even more. From start to finish, Wesley made the entire process easy, comfortable, and stress-free. I never once felt pressured to buy a car. He genuinely talked to us like people rather than customers he was trying to make a sale from. As a first-time car buyer, that meant a lot and made the experience enjoyable instead of overwhelming. If you’re looking for a new Honda, I highly recommend Serra Honda, and I especially recommend asking for Wesley Silver. He truly made our first car-buying experience a great one.

I went in for service on my Honda a recall and Brandon the service advisor was incredible. He made the experience easy and explained everything the tech recommended. I was in and out and the wifi works great.

I brought the car in for them to fix a malfunctioning windshield washer. They fixed it completely and quickly. They also noticed one of the brake light bulbs had burnt out so they replaced that too. They checked the alignment and noted it was out of spec. I’m glad they did because I had planned to get an alignment but forgot. They completed the alignment and the car handled significantly better afterwards as I drove it home. They do great and honest work at Serra Honda’s service department. Thank you!

Every time I have been to Sierra Honda for service or a new car purchase, it has been a very pleasant experience. The service department is always friendly and helpful. So is the sales department.

What really set this team apart was the personal care and attention he showed us throughout the process. It happened to be my birthday and he surprised me with a cookie cake and a bow on top of the vehicle! Small, thoughtful moves that made me feel cared for. Also, as we were signing the paperwork, we got a phone call that our child needed picked up from daycare. The team rushed our paperwork and did everything in their power to get us out the door so we could attend to our sick kid. Just speaks volumes about Wes and the whole team at Serra Honda. I have good service at Serra Honda. I feel the price is high, but at this time, Everything is high!! They communicate very well and get the job or jobs done correct. I have been pleased every time with my repairs and maintenance.

Had a tight window for getting required oil change and tire rotation and Brandon got me out on time and that was much appreciated.
