I have worked with Curtis a couple of times on repairs to my old 2006 Honda CR-V. He is very honest and respectful and helped me figure out which repairs were most important and which could wait for awhile, especially when money was tight. The Service Department will send you a link with info to the recommended repairs, along with photos and explanations. Very helpful. I will continue to be a return customer.

Fantastic customer service both times I've been here. First time they fixed my windows without charging. (Quick resetting). Second time Chris took care of me and I brought food and he microwaved it for me. Give that man a raise

The guys are so very friendly, nice and knowledgeable! I have gone in for a lot of services including multiple oil changes, new tires, alignments, 30,000 checkup and recommendations, no complaints! It has however taken 2 to 3+ hours for any service I go in for while waiting in the waiting room. But as I’m not a mechanic, not sure if that’s expected or not.
I asked the service guy Curt a question with “30kish” and he replied with “$180ish”, I enjoyed that.
Wes was great at communicating from start to finish.

So far my two experiences with them have been alright. They are friendly and informative and didn't really pressure me for things i didn't need. The text thing in the app where they recommend and allow you to decline is pretty cool. It informs you without being pushy about it. It's my first time with a Honda. My first oil change so far, for which I had a scheduled appointment that I arrived ten minutes early for, took over 2 hours for them to do which i wasn't happy about. Sitting in that lobby for that long ...
