2022 Honda HR-V Design Features

January 5th, 2022 by

At Serra Honda of Champaign, we offer a wide variety of different vehicles. If we had to pick a fan favorite among our customers, we can’t overlook the Honda HR-V, a unique subcompact SUV with a range of features and systems that make it an excellent choice.

Here’s a rundown of the special design features that come with the 2022 Honda HR-V.

Updated Exterior

As a subcompact SUV, the Honda HR-V boasts several design updates for the 2022 model year. Upon first glance, you’ll notice the steep back glass that gives this Honda SUV a more athletic look. You’ll also notice slimmer tail lamps in the rear, making the Honda HR-V look almost coupe-like from behind.

In the front, the Honda HR-V sports a larger radiator grille, a higher V-shaped hood, and sharper headlamps. All of these design cues contribute to easier visibility behind the wheel and a more aggressive stance out on the road.

Interior Design

For a subcompact SUV, the Honda HR-V provides a surprisingly spacious front seat and ample head- and legroom. By far, the most innovative interior design feature is the second-row Magic Seat, which folds down to create a truly massive cargo space behind the driver.

When you step inside the Honda HR-V, you’ll immediately notice the sleek dashboard sporting a freestanding central display, which can be integrated with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. Also accessible in the cabin are the touch-activated cabin lights, which allow you to set the mood wherever you go. Your passengers will also appreciate the wireless charging pad, premium audio system with an amplifier, and nine-inch infotainment touchscreen.
